Student Leadership

We believe in developing our students as leaders and providing them with the guidance and opportunities to do so.  Students can become their from group’s Form Ambassador and represent their form, and their collective voice, at Student Summit meetings.

This is a forum where student led decisions are made or changes to the way the school functions are proposed to the Senior Leadership Team.  Form Ambassadors also get opportunities to upskill and gain additional accreditation to help support whole school initiatives.  We have recently given all Form Ambassadors anti-bullying, mental health awareness and Autism Ambassador training.

In addition, each of the four Houses have two Year 11 students who serve as Lead and Deputy Lead students. They support all inter-House and whole school events and represent the student body in the wider community, whenever required.

Students who represent the school for a minimum of three years having demonstrated commitment, honour and distinction may be nominated to receive the prestigious School Colours Award.

Our Schools

Synergy Multi-Academy Trust comprises fifteen Norfolk schools serving children between the ages of 2 and 18. Our schools work collaboratively together to raise standards and provide education of the highest possible standard, offering the best of opportunities for pupils. The Trust was initially established in 2015. We believe that all of our schools have strengths and areas to develop, and that all can improve through sharing expertise and wisdom. The Trust understands that there will be excellent practice in each school, and that every school will be able to contribute to the development of the Trust as a whole.
