Parent/Carer Communication

ParentMail

We use ParentMail to communicate with Parents and Carers.  For parents of our new Year 7 students, you will receive a link to register for ParentMail during the second half of the Summer term prior to their start date.  This enables us to share any important information with you regard the students’ return in September.

For in-year admissions, you will be set up on ParentMail as soon as your child/children are enrolled.

We use ParentMail:-

  • To send information regarding the school, including trips
  • To text parents of students who are absent from school without us having been notified
  • To text parents in the event of school closure
  • For payments, i.e. dinner top-ups, trips, ties, replacement Student Planners, revision guides, art equipment, etc.

Go4Schools

We also use Go4Schools to:-

  • Set homework
  • Record student attendance
  • Record student behaviour events
  • To publish student progress reports

Microsoft Forms

From time to time, it may be necessary to send you an online form for completion. This may be  to obtain additional consent for out of County trips, consent for students to represent the school at various events and such like.

Our Schools

Synergy Multi-Academy Trust comprises fifteen Norfolk schools serving children between the ages of 2 and 18. Our schools work collaboratively together to raise standards and provide education of the highest possible standard, offering the best of opportunities for pupils. The Trust was initially established in 2015. We believe that all of our schools have strengths and areas to develop, and that all can improve through sharing expertise and wisdom. The Trust understands that there will be excellent practice in each school, and that every school will be able to contribute to the development of the Trust as a whole.
